These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by ETS JASPARH (“we,” “our,” “us”), located in Douala, Cameroon. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Overview

ETS JASPARH provides a range of services including General Commerce, Commercial Representation, Trading & Supplies, Imports and Exports, Building & Construction, and the Commercialization of Wood Lumber.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 21 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to:
– Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
– Maintain and promptly update your account information.
– Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
– Use our services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our services.
– Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access our services.
– Use our services for any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

5. Orders and Payment

All orders for products or services are subject to acceptance by ETS JASPARH. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order and must be adhered to.

6. Shipping and Delivery

ETS JASPARH will arrange for shipment of goods to you. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy, which is available upon request. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after receipt and inspection of the returned products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images) provided by ETS JASPARH are the exclusive property of ETS JASPARH and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from the other party in connection with these Terms. This obligation will continue even after the termination of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETS JASPARH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
– Your use of or inability to use our services.
– Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
– Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
– Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
– Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ETS JASPARH, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Douala, Cameroon.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
